Returns Policy

How can I submit a Product Return Request?

All requests to return a product must first complete the below Product Return request Form. Please take the time to read the below Body Glue Returns Policy before submitting a Returns Request.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will endeavor to fix any issues where we are at fault. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

We will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher or refund where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You can present adequate proof of purchase.

Returns Period

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Complete the Returns Request Form first and await confirmation from Body Glue that your Return Request has been approved together with instructions for returning the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, by Body Glue within two (2) business days. Please note, the transferred funds may take longer to reach your account based on your individual banks policy.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your bank/credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@bodyglue.com.au.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
